Dayglo Abortions, The | music | An enduring Victoria punk/metal band that has been raging since 1979. Over the years and through many iterations with different band members, The Dayglo Abortions (more commonly “The Dayglos” or “DGA”) have put out over a dozen records, including the popular Feed Us a Fetus (1986) and Here Today, Guano Tomorrow (1987). Their last record at the time of writing was 2016’s Armageddon Survival Guide. The longest-running member of the bad is Murray “The Cretin” Acton. Currently the lead guitarist and vocalist, Acton has been with The Dayglos since the beginning and for every year except three in the mid-90s.

Usage: “I’ve probably seen The Dayglo Abortions more times in the last 30 years than I ever talked to my Dad…”
