Super Shroomy Fall Harvest Dinner With Forager / Chef Josh Blumenthal Set for October 13

On Sunday, October 13th there’s a super-sounding supper happening on Salt Spring Island. Trincomali Supper Club chef and forager Josh Blumenthal is island-hopping over from Galiano to create a one-night-only multi-course meal at Francis Bread. The menu will focus on Salt Spring’s locally sourced seasonal ingredients and Fall flavours, but the real star of the evening will be all of the Vancouver Island-foraged fungi.

The dinner runs from 5pm to 8pm and costs $75 per person. It’s also BYOB, so don’t forget to pick up a bottle of something local and equally delicious before making the journey.
