Branching out of Fol Epi Bakery, Paul’s Diner strives to provide Victoria with a unique organic diner experience. With the help of our cooks and bakers at Fol Epi and Agrius Restaurant, we work to promote regional food and farmers at our diner. We work closely with Farm and Field butchers in sourcing all of our meat.
Paul Arsens started this place in 1958, a place for people to gather, eat and drink…We continue this legacy serving food made from scratch with organically grown ingredients, dishing up variations on Diner classics. Have fun!
